Polinger Company closed out 2016 celebrating growth and achievements at the Property Management Association (PMA) Marketing and Advertising Excellence (MAE) Awards Ceremony.
These awards recognized one of the most important areas of property management; the promotion of apartment communities to potential resid
ents and tenants. From promotional products to clean and creative websites that are easy to navigate and showcase spacious floor plans and ideal community amenities, we are always working to provide top-notch customer service.
Kimberly Cueva, our Director of Marketing, proudly represented Polinger Company at the ceremony’s breakfast. However, she wasn’t seated for long, as she was called to the podium to receive several MAE Awards on behalf of our communities.
Some awards to note; The Swift at Petworth
, was the winner in the stabilized apartment website developed by an agency category.
The Pardon Our Dust Campaign at Congressional Towers, which featured an email campaign, signs, and a landing page, won in the stabilized apartment, agency-developed portfolio campaign category. Overall, as a company, we received many other notable MAE Awards.

st ways possible, but they also remain determined to providing residents and prospects with outstanding customer service while creating and maintaining welcoming and upbeat apartment communities year-round.
“Our marketing campaigns are successful because of the collaborative effort among our onsite teams, managers, and myself,” said Kimberly.
One such ongoing effort we as a property management company and our leasing teams are actively involved in is the #WeArePolinger campaign, where we began by asking the teams what Polinger meant to them. They responded with, “family,” “loyalty,” “teamwork,” “diversity,” and “commitment” to name a few.
