What exactly does a LEED Silver® Certified Community mean?
Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is a rating system devised by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) to evaluate the environmental performance of a building and encourage market transformation towards sustainable design.
Now more than ever, it’s important to do what you can to conserve the environment. This is reflected in The Swift’s many ideal apartment features and community amenities, allowing residents to easily be eco-friendly in the comfort of their own home.
As soon as you step foot into our community, you’ll notice the exquisite lighting. Not only does it look elegant, but it’s great for 
the environment. All of the lighting in the community’s common areas use LED lights, which turn off when no one is around. Also, our garage in which our residents park their cars and bikes in have fans that only turn on when necessary.
